Jason Hanson
President, Global Payment Network
Jason Hanson is President, Global Payment Network. In his role, Jason is responsible for leading all aspects of our global payment network, including Discover® Network, PULSE®, Diners Club International®, and related operations. Jason is the President and CEO of Discover Network, and Chairman of PULSE and Diners Club International networks. In May of 2025, Jason became a member of the Capital One Executive Committee upon completion of Capital One’s acquisition of Discover Financial Services. Jason joined the network in 2019 and served in various leadership roles, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of the network from July 2023 to May 2025. Prior to joining the network, Jason served as the Head of Corporate Development at FIS/Worldpay. Jason began his business career at McKinsey & Company in 2007 and served as a Partner in the firm’s Payments and Private Equity practices. Jason serves on the Board of Directors of the Electronic Transactions Association. In addition, Jason is a military veteran who served as a Captain in the U.S. Army’s 4th Infantry Division and was deployed from 2003 to 2004 as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the United States Military Academy, West Point, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jennifer Cruz
Senior Vice President, U.S. and Canadian Markets
Jennifer Cruz is Senior Vice President, U.S. and Canadian Markets. Jennifer leads the network’s acceptance, operations, and third-party credit issuing business development in the U.S. and Canadian markets. She is responsible for strategic growth of U.S. credit issuance, operations, and expansion of the network, as well as merchant enablement within the United States and Canada. Upon joining the network in 2002, Jennifer led global marketing, where she was responsible for acceptance marketing efforts worldwide and increased awareness and consideration for the network brand throughout the payment ecosystem. She also led U.S. client services and network operations in providing premier customer service to 500+ participants. Jennifer previously led U.S. and Canadian merchant enablement - driving acceptance growth, increased volume, and revenue for the network. Jennifer holds a BA from Arizona State University and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Natalie Kelly
Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer
Natalie Kelly is Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Natalie oversees risk management practices to support responsible and sustainable business growth of the Global Payment Network. Prior to joining the network in 2025, Natalie spent 25 years at Visa where she held various global leadership positions across product, risk, sales, strategy, innovation, and transformation. Most recently, she was Chief Risk Officer of Visa Europe. Before her time at Visa, Natalie worked at SouthTrust Bank (now Wells Fargo) where she developed and executed issuing and acquiring bank card strategies. In addition to being named one of the Most Influential Women in Payments by American Banker, Natalie was also recognized with the Kindness in Leadership award by the Women of the Future organization. She holds a BS in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.

Ricardo Leite
Senior Vice President, International Markets; President of Diners Club International
Ricardo Leite is a senior financial services executive with over 25 years of expertise in global payments, product innovation, business strategy, and client management. Since joining the network in 2014, Ricardo has held leadership positions in the areas of commercial payments, global products, and global acceptance, and in 2019 was appointed Senior Vice President, International Markets. More recently, Ricardo was appointed President of Diners Club International. He leads the network’s international acceptance, issuing, and sales business development across EMEA, APAC, and Latin America & Caribbean. Ricardo has a deep understanding of B2B, B2C, and B2G payments, merchant acquiring; issuing models; and payments networks. His leadership has driven organizational transformations; strategic alliances with fintechs, PSPs, and acquirers; and expansion into new markets. Prior to joining the network, Ricardo held leadership roles at American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Deloitte Consulting, where he advised top global financial institutions on payments strategy. A native of Brazil, Ricardo is fluent in Portuguese, with a working knowledge of Spanish. Ricardo holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business and a BS in business administration from George Mason University.

Katelyn McCarthy
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Brand
Katelyn McCarthy is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Brand. Katelyn is responsible for defining and enabling the strategic priorities of the network, crafting the overall network brand strategy, and executing a portfolio of strategic business projects.Katelyn joined the network in 2019, and since then has overseen network strategy, strategic partnerships, and business development. Prior to 2019, Katelyn was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company focused on commercial growth and strategy in the payments sector.Katelyn holds a BA in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s The Wharton School.

Judith McGuire
Senior Vice President, Global Products
Judith McGuire is Senior Vice President of Global Products, with responsibility for product strategy and development for the network. She previously served as Vice President of Digital and Commercial Products, leading enhancements that supported strong growth in digital wallets. Before that, she held executive roles at PULSE, overseeing product management, pricing, analytics, and enterprise programs. A longtime payments leader, Judith has served on several industry boards and was named one of American Banker’s Most Influential Women in Payments in 2024. She holds a BA in advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Tulane University.

David Schneider
Senior Vice President, U.S. Debit; President and CEO, PULSE
Dave Schneider is Senior Vice President, U.S. Debit; as well as President and CEO of PULSE. He is responsible for managing PULSE and for evaluating debit growth opportunities. Dave has been President of PULSE since 2006 and was named CEO in 2024. Before joining PULSE in September 2000, he was a partner in the Houston law office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., practicing in the Corporation, Banking, and Business Department. Dave holds a BA in economics, summa cum laude, from Tulane University and a JD, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.

Deepak Sevak
Vice President, Core Platforms
Deepak Sevak is the Vice President of Core Platforms, overseeing transaction processing and enablement platforms across the network. He is responsible for driving product development and ensuring scalability and stability across critical systems. Since joining the network in 2016, Deepak has led key digital, operational, and transformation initiatives, including our product agility transformation. He brings over 20 years of experience in large-scale product and technology transformations, with prior leadership roles at Baxter, at Pfizer, and in management consulting across industries like banking and insurance. Deepak holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He is also a committed mentor, volunteer, and community leader, supporting employee resource groups and the Breakthrough T1D nonprofit.

Andrew Stucchio
Vice President, Global Pricing, Controls & Analytics
Andrew Stucchio is the Vice President of Global Pricing, Analytics, and Participant Monitoring overseeing price strategy, data analytics, and network participant risk management. Since joining the network in 2019, Andrew has led several price initiatives, data governance projects, and transformational analytical efforts. Prior to joining the network, he held leadership roles at American Express, supporting key areas across Issuing, Network, and Acquiring business units. His expertise spans pricing model development and strategy, competitive benchmarking, and risk operations. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
